Please Note
The apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator in the building. Guests must be comfortable using stairs.
Early check-in fee/Late check out fee is $25/hour. Checking out 12noon onwards will be charged a daily rate already.
We can only confirm the availability on the day of check in/out.
Essential items such as towels, linens, and toilet paper are provided upon check-in. As this is a short-term rental and not a hotel, we do not offer daily replenishment. If you need additional supplies during your stay, we’re happy to provide them for an additional fee.

Upon confirming your booking, you will receive a link to your digital boarding pass. This link will serve as your central hub for accessing property information, check-in instructions, and local recommendations.
As part of the next steps and in order to receive the check-in details, you will be required to:
Complete an additional identity verification
Sign the rental agreement
Pay any applicable fees (outlined below)
***IMPORTANT***
We know accidents may happen. This covers any property damage that occurred during your stay. You can choose between two options:
1) Security Deposit ($500): A refundable authorization hold is placed on your card (not an actual charge). If the property has no damages, the hold is released automatically. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 14 days to appear back as available funds.
2) Damage Waiver ($51.36): Pay a smaller one-time non-refundable fee that can help us cover small damages and wear and tear.
