There needs to be more friendliness between the top of the resort to the bottom. We felt completely separated from our family at the bottom to those staying at the top.

Good location but dated

Hotel was good but a bit dated. Our room was remodeled. They need better control of breakfast buffet which felt like a cruise ship buffet. Buffet had excellent choices for Asian and non-western foods. We did not eat dinner at restaurants here as friends had booked dinners nearby resorts. Advertisement of free shuttle was mis-labeled as it is only available 3 times daily with reservations. It was really not needed as Patong is quick walk away. Bring next to Patong is both good and bad. It is an over tourist and over developed beach city. Traffic is horrendous.

Absolutely Amazing

Traveled in Hanuary and weather was absolutely amazing. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the ocean..stunning. Staff was amazing, when we checked in, they escorted us to our room and pointed different things out about the hotel.

Too many steps to climb up or down to get anywhere. Drinking water should not be charged for but Amari charges. Cut fruit and other savories were left uncovered and open to flies and other bugs. Housekeeping was good.
