The apartment is fully equipped; has kettle, pans & pots, gaz stove, microwave, electric oven, fridge and cutlery in the kitchen. There is a flat screen smart TV in the bedroom and another flat screen in the living room. Free wireless internet (one device at a time)
I'm a Scuba diving Instructor and also own a dive center so I'm usually on boats during the day and available after 6pm, but guests can write me on here on my phone number or my email about anything related to the apartment, life in Phuket, scubadiving and excursions.... and I will try to reply and help you the best as I can
Other Things to Note
1. I will be meeting you in person and
help to check in.
2. The building require a key card to get in and out.
3. The cleaning fee charged is for
check-out only, and cleaning tools is
provided in the room.
4. Extra cleaning 500THB per time,
300THB extra for linen & towel change, for longer stays I can provide 2-3 sets of bed linens & towels, there's 24h coin laundry in the building
5. Strictly no smoking inside room and
building.
6. Please wash kitchenware and cutlery
used and put back
7. Please turn off all electric appliance
when you leave the room
8. Please keep quiet after 23:00
9. As every where in Thailand there's a no shoes inside policy
It's a very convenient and busy neighborhood for people willing to stay in Patong, everything is at walking distance, there's 2 night market at the bottom of building, a 7-Eleven inside of the building, the beach is at less than 5 min walk from the apartment, there's a very good gym 3 min away and everything needed, money exchange, bank, tours excursions sales, motorbike rentals, Taxi....
Everything is walking distance from the apartment but you'll probably need a motorbike or a car to get around and visit Phuket (Taxi are expensive in Phuket) if you need any vehicle rental just let me know and I can book it for you
