Arrived at property after 36 hours of travel to find out they overbooked and that i didn’t have a room, even though i booked months in advance. They bought me a “new” hotel out of courtesy that was significantly worse. They got me a Grab to the new hotel, but actually just got me dropped off somewhere random in Patong. Never went to the hotel the booked. Likely a hotel scam… Say they are over booked, get you a cheaper hotel, keep the difference. Terrible

Super cool staff, and it’s got a solid store with quality product and chill area and great water pipes in the back. So if you are into Broccoli etc it’s perfect especially for the price. Is it a resort, no, but that shouldn’t be your expectation. Totally would stay again.
