Very Good

Very good hotel, nice price, but horrible shower (water is everywhere after shower), swimming pool is nice and hot but the imitation wood part surrounding the pool is dangerous, my friend got seriously injured just by walking on it. Managers are really nice. And close to Malin Plaza and convenience stores. I recommend it

Receptionist not very friendly, can get quite rude at times. Very accusatory. For example, one morning as we were coming down the stairs, the receptionist came out suddenly with a stained towel in hand, saying "you dirty towel we cut 500 baht". No hi hello, right away accusing us. We told them it's not us, she went away. Next evening as we were coming in, she showed us a bed sheet that has a small faint blood stain (like stretched) and said the sheet was from my sister's room & they are going to cut 300 Baht. She was showing us a video & saying either pay 300 Baht or wash it yourself. My sister ended up washing it & the stain went away very easily. Not very pleased with how they treat they customers. Location is great but never going to stay there again.

Muitas lojas perto. 7/11, aluguel de motos, feira noturna. É um pouco distante da praia, cerca de 15 minutos de caminhada. Hotel silencioso e respeitoso. Funcionarios simpaticos. Cama muito gostosa.Tudo funcionou bem. Achei limpo porém nao eh o padrão de limpeza que temos no nosso pais, pois existe sujeira em locais como atrás dos moveis, mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia.
