This spacious and bright semi-detached villa in the heart of Patong is perfect for big families or groups of friends. Just a five-minute drive from the beach, this villa offers the ideal base for exploring Patong while also providing plenty of space for relaxation and entertainment. To fully enjoy the area, we recommend renting scooters or a car. Parking is available at an extra fee.
The villa features a huge covered outdoor terrace with seating and dining areas. Inside, a stylish open-plan living space with a fully equipped European kitchen, dining table, and a lounge area with a large sofa and smart TV. Private WiFi is available for entertaining or working online. There is a pool table that is perfect for having fun with your friends indoors.
The highlight of the villa is the 30 m² swimming pool with a sun deck and loungers surrounded by garden greenery.
One of the four en-suite bedrooms is located on the ground floor, which is perfect for elderly guests. There is a staircase outside the house that leads to the second floor with three individual studio apartments. Each studio features a private entrance, a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a seating sofa, a kitchen corner, and a smart TV.
Housekeeping service every other day is included in the rate. Daily housekeeping and preparing breakfast by the maid can be arranged at an extra fee. The cost of the groceries for breakfast and any other shopping is not included in the rate and will be charged with a surcharge of 15%.
Respect the neighbors by keeping all noise to a minimum between 9pm and 8am. Rowdy groups, loud music, offensive language, or anti-social behavior will not be tolerated, and police can be called.
PLEASE NOTE. Electricity is not included in the rate and will be charged at 7 THB/kw. Late check-in is available upon request.
