Rooms are wonderful. Beds really comfy. It’s noisy as next to a busy road, but everywhere in Phuket is noisy! Staff in restaurant were 50% excellent and 50% useless! Half our tables Meals were served 40 mins later than the first, and then wrong! Food is good though. Breakfast service was a joke. Said ran til 11, At 10.15 there was nothing left and they were shooing us out the door by 1045am. Pool is nice but next to the road and in shade by 1pm. But it’s spotless. If you need a clean, comfy bed near the excitement but walkable distance away, it’s a good reasonable price option

Very friendly and helpful staff. King size room spacious, big screen TV, Kevin Mitchell bathroom products. The buffet breakfast had ample choices. Huge beach towels offered for beach days at the front desk.

The hotel was stunning, really quirky and very comfortable. The staff were polite and quick to resolve any issues we had. If you like to sunbathe then the sun only stays on the pool until 2pm and then it goes as it is shaded by the hotel. The Indian restaurant was delicious, however quite pricey for Thailand. We had to request clean dressing gowns as the ones that were in the room on arrival were dirty and smelt like smoke, however the cleaners changed this for us immediately. The hotel in general smelt of cigarettes but other than this the hotel was amazing, the beds unbelievably comfortable. Highly recommend.

Its a new hotel so everything is very modern and fresh. Everyone is very helpful and nice. Staff is reacting immediately to fulfill all the requests. For Thai standard this place is quite clean. There is always new bottle of water after every cleaning. I want to thank our cleaning lady who’s as always very friendly! Pool is very clean and it’s quite peaceful there - good place to chill when is super warm. The best experience we had was with breakfast - incredible! Amazing food, variety of cuisines from all over the world, and everything was very fresh! I want to thank Min for amazing coffees every morning and every kitchen/breakfast for great service!
