Archies Abode is located in a prime position in Patonga. 50m to The Boathouse Hotel and Ferry Wharf, 100m to the Patonga Creekfront.
Archies is a well-loved, no-frills holiday house that has been a cherished retreat for the owners family for years, filled with memories of fun and relaxation. While basic and modest, it offers all the essentials for a comfortable stay, perfect for guests seeking a simple, down-to-earth getaway where you can unwind, switch off and create lasting memories of your own.
This spacious family friendly home features a large backyard and lovely front porch to enjoy the peaceful surrounds. The waterways and natural beauty of Patonga Beach can be almost impossible to describe. Fishing, boating, kayaking, swimming, picnics and at the end of the day cocktails and dinner at The Boathouse.
The property is air conditioned (living rooom) for year round comfort. The kitchen is well equipped to accommodate 12 guests (max 10 adults) . There are 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. The sunroom/dining room opens onto the large backyard perfect for a BBQ and plenty of room for the children to enjoy.
Bedroom Configuration-
Bedroom 1 x Queen bed.
Bedroom 2 x Queen bed.
Bedroom 3 x Single bunk bed over a Double bed
Bedroom 4 x Queen and a Single bed
Bedroom 5 x 2 Single beds
Other things to note-
- the back room has access to limited heating/ cooling (pedestal fan only) and opens onto the dining area, we`d reccomend as a kids room only.
-There is limited reception in Patonga unless you are on the Telstra network.
-There is no Wi Fi in the property however there is free Wifi access at The Boathouse.
-The TV has free to air only and signal is weather dependant, there are plenty of DVDs available to see you through rainy days.

We would love to accommodate you here at Archie`s Abode and help create your dream holiday. Only a 10 minute drive to the shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets at Umina Beach. There is plenty of on street parking for your vehicles.
