This is strictly non smoking in the apartment (you can smoke at the balcony with balcony door closed). You will agree with me once you have stayed here that it is a paradise with beautiful view of Pattaya bay/ocean and city of Pattaya. It is one bedroom with King size bed (6ft) and well furnished with Italian leather sofa L shape in living room and 55 inches Smart TV in Living room and 49 inches Smart TV in bedroom with Netflix, cable Tvs in all languages.

Full kitchen facilities to cook with dinning table and working table are in one set and medium size refrigerator. You can leave door open for windy if you prefer natural air, as we have door stop for you. This is very safe compound with Cctvs in the public area. Digital Safety Box is provided and everything you needed.

What are not provided in this apartment:
1. We do not provide daily cleaning but you can ask for this service at Thb800, which is included deep cleaning plus change of all linens and towels. We do not change towels either on daily or weekly, so you must be happy to wash it with the washer (laundry room at the building with dryer) during your stay.
2. We do not provide any breakfast, you can do simple cooking for your own breakfast with eggs, hams and breads.
3. We do not refill the tissue papers, water bottles, detergents and other stuff, we would recommend you to buy it from supermarket to refill upto your requirements during your stay, as we dont have staff staying in this building.

Please do not smoke in the Apartment because this is strictly non-smoking Apartment (smoke at balcony please close balcony door). Penalty of Thb3000 will be levied on your booking after check out. Also do not throw tissue in the toilet bowl as the toilet will be blocked.

Easy to contact Host through all social media between 7am till 8pm (once you have booked, we will share this informtion with you). There is staff to help you to check in and check out, and we do provide our staff contact number to help you all times. We will support and help you all time during your stay, so you can be peace of mind.
