酒店位置很便利，設施及餐廳都很棒。雖然泳池水溫偏冷，但小朋友在泳池渡過開心的時光，有救生員加分。遊戲室的活動豐富，即使不想手作也可打電動。美中不足是清潔人員及接聽電話員工英文能力需加強，因為小朋友半夜bedwetting，請房員重新鋪床但無法理解我的意思，有點無奈….

An excellent modern Hotel. Two improvement areas: Remove the alcohol ban at the restaurants and pool area. The choice of TV channels was awful, no sport, no BBC, no Fox etc. Invest in entertainment.

Very nice hotel. Kids really like the pool. The hotel is connected to terminal 21 mall, which is very convenient. There is a night market at the terminal 21. There is also a Big C super centre that’s about 5-7 mins walk (it’s connected to the centre marina). Hotel staff are very friendly. Very good stay for us!
