THE COMPOUND
Villa Azure is two adjoining villas behind a single set of walls. The Indigo wing (5 bedrooms, sleeps 10) sits to the west of the courtyard. The Cerulean wing (4 bedrooms, sleeps 8) sits to the east. Together: eighteen guests, nine bedrooms, seven kings, one queen, one sofa bed, two saltwater plunge pools, two chef's kitchens, and a shared palm-shaded courtyard between them.

On a per-room-per-night basis, nothing in Pattaya is built or equipped to this standard. Imported custom furniture in the living and dining areas, full-height sliding glass that opens both living rooms onto the pool decks, and the kind of finish work most rentals don't bother with. Built in 2024 from the ground up.

THE KTV LOUNGE
A 100" projector screen, a professional karaoke sound system, and a track library that runs in six languages: Thai, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, English, and Japanese. Acoustically separated from the bedrooms upstairs — sing as late as you want. Most evenings end here.

WHERE EVERYONE SLEEPS

Indigo wing (5BR, sleeps 10):
• Bedroom 1, main floor: King ensuite with walk-in shower and soaking tub — the hero suite, opens onto the pool deck
• Entertainment Room, main floor: Double sofa bed with ensuite walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2, upstairs: King with walk-in shower and soaking tub
• Bedroom 3, upstairs: King with workspace and vanity
• Bedroom 4, upstairs: King with workspace and vanity

Cerulean wing (4BR, sleeps 8):
• Bedroom 1, main floor: Queen ensuite, walk-in shower
• Bedroom 2, upstairs: King ensuite with walk-in shower, vanity, powder area
• Bedroom 3, upstairs: King with walk-in shower
• Bedroom 4, upstairs: King with walk-in shower

Every bedroom has a smart TV, premium linens, and AC. Both soaking tubs are in the Indigo wing — one in the main-floor master, one in the upstairs Bedroom 2.

THE TWO POOLS
Both saltwater, both with remote-controlled lighting and jacuzzi jets. Saltwater feels different from chlorine — by day three, your group will notice. Pool floats, games, and towels are stocked. The cleaning team services both pools twice weekly. Morning swim before the heat sets in is the move.

THE KITCHENS
Each villa has its own fully outfitted kitchen — stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full cookware and dishware. Place settings for 20 between the two villas. Kid-friendly utensils, premium spice rack, coffee/tea bar. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. For groceries: Tops supermarket is a 15-minute walk, and convenience store delivery (7-Eleven, Family Mart) arrives in as little as 15 minutes.

For a hands-off meal, we can arrange a private chef on-site — message us at booking with your group's preferences and how many meals you'd like. Available at additional cost, billed separately.

THE COURTYARD
Between the two villas: palm trees, hibiscus, a miniature golf putting green, and cornhole. Pool floats deployed and ready. Yoga mats and resistance bands stored in the Indigo wing. On-call Thai massage — message at booking and we'll arrange a masseuse on-site for the day you want. At additional cost, billed separately.

PATTAYA, FROM YOUR GATE
We're in Jomtien, the quieter southern district. Walking Street is 3 km north — about 5 minutes by Grab. Jomtien Beach is the same distance south. Sanctuary of Truth and Pattaya Floating Market are 15-20 minutes. Suvarnabhumi (BKK) is 90-120 minutes by car.

We work with a regular driver — professional, on time. Send your flight details at booking and we'll arrange your airport transfer. Day trips, errands, or a dedicated driver for the duration of your stay are all options too. All driver services are at additional cost, billed separately.

This is not the right villa for you if you want to walk to the beach. It is the right villa if you want a compound where 18 people can sleep, swim, sing, eat, and not bother anyone.

WHAT WE'VE INTENTIONALLY LEFT OUT
• No daily housekeeping. Pool service comes twice a week; otherwise the place is yours.
• No on-site staff during your stay. We're a message away whenever you need us.
• No beachfront. We're three kilometers inland — that's the trade for privacy and quiet.
• No pre-stocked groceries or bottled water. Convenience stores deliver fast; Tops is a 15-minute walk.

This is an Airbnb, not a hotel — and that's the point. You get the entire compound to yourselves.

HOUSE RULES (THE SHORT VERSION)
Quiet hours after 10 PM — neighbors live next door, and the KTV room is acoustically isolated for exactly this reason. We rarely get noise complaints. Smoke-free interior; designated smoking on the front patio. Daytime visitors and dinner guests are welcome — most of our groups invite local friends over without issue. Just keep the overnight headcount matching the booking, respect quiet hours, and stay within Thai law. No parties or events; this is a residential compound. Pets welcome with prior approval.

BOOKING & DEPOSIT
$1,500 refundable security deposit (credit card hold, never charged unless something goes wrong). Renter agreement signed at booking.

A NOTE ON DATES
Lunar New Year, Songkran (mid-April), and most long weekends fill 60 to 90 days ahead. Save this listing now if your trip is more than a few weeks out — it's the easiest way to track availability while your group locks dates. Message us early for milestones.

YOUR HOSTING TEAM
Henry hosts with a local team in Pattaya: Fern, Ren, and Albert. We typically respond within an hour, often within minutes, 24/7. Self check-in via keypad; codes sent 24 hours before arrival. Anything you need, message us — the answer is usually yes.

This Pattaya villa is smoke free.
