Did not enjoy this hotel the windows kept rattling it can do with an upgrade. Only good thing it was in a great location.

Well located near beach and Jomtien. A very basic hotel with a bare minimum of services and room supplies.

Simply dirty. Positives: The air-conditioning worked The bed was firm with pillows that where not hard. In room safe – not laptop compatible. Clean towels Relatively cheap for the area 900/1000thb a night Reasonable location Negatives: Curtains did not cover the windows entirely (missing at least 30 cm section) meaning that light work me up. Apparently, according to reception, all rooms are like this! Bathroom was dirty – hair visibly stuck in drain when I arrived – not removed for the entire of my stay Stairs leading to floor 2 simply disgustingly dirty – toothpick/ ear bud and massive amount of dirt and dust left there for entire of stay. Breakfast room also fairly unclean.

I reserved a double bed but it was two single beds pushed together wasn’t happy about that and then the drakes with the clothes they had to come up and close the drapes. When we got the room as well there is no towels in the room we had ask for towels. The breakfast was also offsite. But other than that it was not bad for the price.

Convenient Hotel

When we arrived were taken to a small room not the suite booked and payed for once that was sorted were happy with the suite. There isn't much in the way of service but that suits us as we are familiar with the area. The room was clean that was the main thing.

Internet very weak in the Condo part

Good location to beach, shops and bars, eateries, services, laundromats... VG good ratio price/quality in a quiet building You need to have a 4G connection on your phone ( buy a $10 sim at airport) and create a hotspot for your laptop because hotel signal was vey weak Otherwise, perfect stay for what 1 pays in the area

A modern budget built hotel that is well located near the beach and many night spots. You will get a basic clean room that is quiet and little else.
