Great hotel

Had a great time. Clean, beautiful rooms. High tech, great views. Pool was big and relaxing, buffet breakfast was great. Great hotel. Close to night market and mall. Walking distance. One of the best hotels ive stayed at even better then some USA hotels. Would stay again.

There were an awful lot of cars and buses idling with exhaust straight into the hotel reception. Should make them stop the engine outside the hotel entrance

Good hotel, good location, but a few problems

I have stayed in OZO many times. It is a great location. This time it was a few problems. The key cards stopped working many times. During my stay I was also mysteriously checked out of the room, so everything stopped working... internet, TV etc. I wanted to call the front desk from the room phone, but there was no logical button for front desk. And no info about number to call. I was informed by the front desk to call 0 (zero). This is not mentioned anywhere in the room.

Mediocre Experience

We have requested to live in a higher level room during reservation. But they have still offered low level to us. And the door in shower room was not too user friendly. The floor became wet & stuck with the carpet towel when open the door. Choices for breakfast were just basic, can have way more food choices. The Brie cheese & yogurt kept on out of stock without refilling. Waffle & French toast were luke-warm. Might or might not come back.

Christmas stay 2024

I stayed for 18 nights over the Christmas and New Year period. The property has modern style rooms, mine was located on a high floor and had a balcony with a sea view. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good choice of food available at breakfast, which is a buffet style and also on the pool/restaurant menu. The pool can get busy early and you can struggle to get a sun lounger, however I am unsure if this was due to the time of year I stayed which is high season. Transportation is easy to obtain right outside the hotel and is cheap. The hotel is also located near to a large shopping mall which has a cinema and bowling alley, so there is pleanty of choice of activities to keep you entertained.

Ozo Hotel, Pattaya

A good location, close to the beach and a good shopping area. Easy access for places to eat and night life too. This hotel seemed to be a majority Russian guest hotel durung the time I was there.
