It is a pretty and clean villa. The swimming pool is also clean and good. One thing is that there was a room where the air conditioner did not work, which was a little inconvenient. There was a little problem with the water drain pipe. The villa is good, but it is located inside, so transportation is a bit inconvenient. It's a great place for families to relax.

Try other resorts.

The Villa location is very difficult to find even for a Thai person. It is located in a hidden back alley and you will need to have your own transportation as it will be very inconvenient to find taxis. The check in is done at another sales office so you will have to pick up and drop off the keys yourself. The Villa is in a bad shape and remodelling is needed. The furnitures are mostly broken and not useable. Rooms and pool are rather dirty and needs cleaning.

Me and my friend took a trip to pattaya we booked VIP villa , it’s very easy for us to go to beach just 2 minutes from villa and free shutter bus to beach . This villa location is not far from down town . We will come back again VIP villa.

呢幾年我地出遊都會係hotel’s.com book酒店，每次都好好的，但今次一定要比劣評間villa.強烈要求hotel’s.com張此villa下架，此villa嚴重影響hotel’s com聲譽.很劣，在泰國住過好多次villa, 第—次見識到—間villa這麽差。地方不便都不是問题，這villa冇接代，管理極差(基乎冇人理我們)要聯絡很耐才有人到，Villa 有很多問題唔會理，投訴也不理。Villa 內部泳池dirty冇清理，床單，被鋪dirty, 床褥凹凸不平床褥中間嚴重凹陷，跟本瞓唔到，水壓極差，水力極到不足洗澡只有熱水冇涷水，冇人清潔，要求清潔一下，每次要收500B所有廚具不是生锈就是好多汚漬，洗手盆嚴重淤塞，冷氣不足仲要滴水，wifi很差，還有隔壁單位連續幾日在半夜極嘈吵也沒有人理.不知所謂的—間villa.

가족이나 연인팀이 이용하기 좋은 숙소...

세부적인 안내가 없어서 간단하게 설명한다면, 1층에는 거실과 주방, 화장실, 그리고 조그마한 풀이 있음... 2층에는 방이 3개.. 가장 좋았던 점은 방마다 화장실과 욕실이 있다는 점...(조금 작지만..) 매일 청소를 해주며, 수건을 바꿔주지만 풀전용 수건은 주지 않는다는 점... 리셉션이 숙소에서 약간 떨어져 있어서 리셉션에서 체크인을 하고 숙소로 와야 함... 무언가를 이용하기 위해서는 숙소에서 1키로 이상은 걸어나와야 한다는 점...

Good facilities BUT strictly with check out time.

Overall staying here is perfect, the villa furnished with full household utilities is very convenient. However, the check out time which was strictly punctual at 11:00 am (too early), we have to spend more money if we would like to extend for 1,000 THB/hour. This is only one threat that was not quite impressive. : (
