The daytime staff are unprofessional, I believe that they don't like black people, when you talk to them they pretending that they don't understand English. The machine in the lobby stole my money and they won't help me either. The whole hotel smells bad, I saw bugs in the room and it's look like this hotel make for people that take drugs and the area smells bad as well. The water in the pool is dirty, I don't know how people still swimming in it 😐 there is nothing close in that location. Every morning when they separating the sheets in the lobby by the elevator the whole lobby smells bad. This is the worst experience for me!

Stressful experience checking in. Very disorganized front desk team. Always delays. Lots and lots of walking just to get to your rooms, so if you like long walks and confusing hallways then this is your place to be at. Would not recommend.
