Be aware ~ check condition of room before

The actual condominium and facilities are ok and while a little old some places here we could see have been well maintained and renovated HOWEVER!!! The Conditions of these particular room/s in dire need of renovating. Kitchen smelt ~ poor and in need of replacing utensils and cooking items. Sheer lack of maintenance ~ toilet stunk.. As did the room in general. Again renovate or at least deal with the issue/s. We brought room freshener and a drain cleaner just to make it more pleasant.. Something you shouldn't have to do. Not clean and to top it off the kitchen sink water leaked in the night and flooded the room and got onto our clothes etc... So again due to lack of maintenance and upkeep of room. We woke early to clean this.. Notified the person in charge not attempt to see or take care of the situation. Also the map has two locations and sends to a wrong place named similar to this condo. Basically really poor customer service.

gebuchtes Zimmer nicht verfügbar für gesamte Dauer

Guten Tag, mein Appartment war bei Ankunft nicht frei. Der Nachtportier konnte nicht helfen. Unter der angegebenen Telefonnummer konnte wir niemand erreichen. Auch in den Folgetagen nicht. Vielleicht wegen Jahreswechsel. Nach Stunden der Verzweiflung und versuchten Klärung in der Appartmentanlage mußte ich morgens um 2Uhr, allein als Frau auf Zimmersuche gehen und mein schweres Reisegepäck dorthin transportieren. Dies war absolut nicht einfach oder preisgünstig. Es war ein riesiger Alptraum. Nach 2 Stunden Schlaf fand ich mich zu den Geschäftszeiten erneut im Paradise Condominium ein. Der Eigentümer erklärte, daß mein Zimmer auch in der restlichen gebuchten und bezahlten Zeit nicht verfügbar ist. Dies ist schon mehrmals vorgekommen, sagte er. Ist ein Websiteproblem. Ich soll einfach die Rückerstattung abwarten. Er versprach es weiterzuleiten. Im Anhang die hanschriftl. unterschriebene Nachricht des Eigentümers, was ich als Beleg einforderte. Seit 10 Tagen ist nun nichts passiert. Ich bitte um zeitnahe Rückerstattung. MfG
