Room was not clean, stains on stool , giving a new stool stain on it also. Incompetent and not friendly staff, young and immature. Cook made a great scramble egg. Breakfast buffet is more like dinner or lunch

Wonderful property & stay. Everyone was so friendly. The housekeeping staff were wonderful. I wasn’t expecting my bed to be made daily & towels changed replenished. I would definitely stay here again.

Book a rear room if you can.

We only booked one night initially as we are wary of hotels in Thailand not being up to certain standards. We booked 2 more nights as we were quite happy with the quality. The rooms facing the road are noisy from traffic and don’t have soundproof windows like some of the renown brands, however the rooms facing the rear are super quiet. The aircon is quiet even on low speed to not be a nuisance. And the bed is comfortably soft. Not the best bed we’ve experienced but certainly a very good soft bed with quality 2 pillows each, soft n firm set of 2. And exceptionally clean and free of any lingering smells. If they install secondary glazing to the front side, they will have far less noise complaints. But otherwise we will stay there again in the future.

This property is new and has good value of money. The room is spacious that has all the necessities. I would definitely consider this property for my next trip. However, the two notes might be: 1) the chair is not very comfortable if you are staying in and using a room as an all-day working space 2) the traffic on the opposite side of the road might be quite bad during peak hours.

A Wonderful New Hotel.

What a fantastic new hotel! From the minute of our arrival with ample parking and fantastic reception to the wonderful spacious rooms, comfortable beds and powerful showers we can shower nothing but praise on this new hotel. I fear writing a top review as it will for sure mean the hotel Is fully booked next time we travel to Pattaya but hey, they deserve this top rating.
