Stayed here for 17 years when it was previously called sabai wing. The hotel then was great but in the last few years and the renovations this is the only place I will stay in Pattaya. Great staff beer and apple on reception and everyone makes you feel welcome. Easy access to everything

Sabai Sabana is in the perfect location, half way between the beach and Terminal 21, and night markets in every direction. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed both pools, as well as the lounging areas to chill out. Overall, a great vibe, and a great location, would stay here again 10/10

You shouldn’t keep your expectations too high. The rooms are old and very standard. They don’t seem to have real double beds; instead, they push two single beds together, which creates an uncomfortable gap in the middle while sleeping. During our stay, I passed through the reception area and other common areas many times, and not a single staff member smiled. They felt uninterested and not very welcoming. Don’t expect a high level of cleanliness throughout the hotel either. Considering the price–performance ratio, I don’t think it’s worth the cost. The location is good and close to shopping centers, but overall, the hotel experience was below average.

The property itself is lovely, spotlessly clean, and has a calm, relaxing atmosphere. What I loved most was the location: beautiful beaches are just a short walk away, and malls, restaurants are all within walking distance too—super convenient! I spent so much time just chilling by the pool, taking it easy, and it was pure bliss. Huge thanks to the team for the wonderful accommodation and for looking after me so well. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a calm, easy holiday!
