格安ホテル、旅慣れた方向け

LKメトロ前、ブアカーオ通り近くで、アクセスは良い。又、価格も安い。 ただ、土曜の夜は遅くまで隣のバービアがうるさい。部屋は古く、臭いや、虫（蚊、 ゴキ）がいて旅慣れない日本人は泊まらない方がよい。 しかし、そもそもこの地域に泊まる日本人は、わかっているか。

Det var rimelig, men styr unna.

Her ble man lurt av meget gode bilder. Dette var en meget dårlig opplevelse, selv om det var rimelig. veldig dårlig forfatning, møkkete, dårlig og slitte møbler, dårlig fungerende aircondition. Det positive var at de skiftet på sengen hver dag og at det var 2 flasker gratis vann hver dag. Det ble sagt at det var basseng, men det var på et annet hotell, 5 min unna, Min anbefaling er å styre unne,

Budget Hotel

This hotel is a budget hotel close to the bottom of the pile. Certainly nowhere near the 950 Baht walk-in price, (I got a deal so was happy with the price, just), The furniture was ready to collapse & under the bed had not been cleaned in months, (A baby's bottle underneath for starters). Noisy mezzanine 1st. floor. People banging constantly being locked out. Reception letting people into the hotel in the middle of the night who were not stopping there. The balcony constantly flooded. Small sink with ill-fitting plug complete with small low toilet bowl, Shower above the toilet bowl. (Weird but I got used to it). Front steps disabled unfriendly. Back Fire Escape steps blocked all day with dirty linen. Having said all that I would stop there again because of the area & providing the price was right. The cleaners were polite & respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign. I did not eat there so cannot comment.

古くからあるホテルで建物の老朽化が著しいのが難点だったのですが、設備を新しくするなどメンテナンスの改善をしているので、予想より快適な滞在ができました。

Overall not bad for the price. Good central location. Housekeeping was not consistent. I was disappointed that the night porter was too busy playing games on his phone to get a towel for me, when housekeeping had missed it. Same porter always seemed to be watching soccer or on guest computers or on his phone. No guest service at all. Even the Night Reception couldn't get him to do his job. Otherwise an OK stay.

１５年前と比べるとずいぶん上がった（２５０Bが６９９B）でも昔は朝食はなかったし部屋の照明も暗くてしょぼかった。。。ミニバーで飲んだ、飲んでないでもめたりしたこともあったが、かなりよくなったとおもう。サワディサイアムのプールも使えるしベランダもあるし問題ないですよ。

Not fit for a Bum

Sawasadee is a local hotel with a lot of age and character, but in its present condition unenjoyable. I was shown 3 rooms before choosing one which was not full of roaches. I later found roaches in my choice also but complained no more since there 2 days only. Roaches are also in the hallways especially at night. Maid followed me room to room complaining in thai to me of my expectations and what did i want or expect. Bed and bedding were very old faded,worn , smelly,permanently stained and etc Furnishings in room are antique and crumbling. Toilet bowl was very old and horrible with stains,odor, and you name it. Sawasadee qualifies as a skid rowe hotel for its filth evident in unreplaced unupgraded common fixtures. It is filthy! I give sawasadee my vote for worst hotel in the city of pattaya but at a premium price since i was charged almost 30 dollars per day.The area is fair but compacted. Breakfast area is shared with roaches. Pattaya city should close this one down as a symbol of pride and support of tourism. I wanted a refund but did not dare argue with the staff.

Blood on the sheet, mold in the bathroom and very noisy could not sleep due to loud music from the street. They would not move me and wanted more money. Very seedy place!

室内の　グラスは　黄ばんでいました　普通に使える　状態では　ありません　 部屋中　ゴキブリが　這いまわっていました。 もう　このホテルには　泊まることは　ないでしよう。 私が泊まった　部屋は　２０９号室です。同伴した　者も　同じ意見です。彼の部屋は　２１５部屋です。

Premièrement les photos ne reflètent pas du tout l'état de la chambre, ils ont utilisé une chambre rénovée. Je n'avais pas un débit suffisant dans la chambre pour le wifi, j'ai demandé à changer de chambre, on me répond non. J'ai demandé à voir un responsable : non. Il n'y a même pas une prise électrique pour charger. L'état du mobilier est lamentable, bref c'est un trou à rat qui ne vaut même pas la moitié du prix demandé
