payed for delux, when i got there they didnt have, dirty, paint peeling off the walls, didnt clean the room at any time or put water in fridge. or clean towels. very disapionted.

Had no rooms available, try to rip me off , did not cancelled when ever I asked them to do it and I've been charged by your website for no reason with extra fees.That the last time that I travel with you. I 'm still waiting to be refunded.

The staff was excellent but the room I received was mold infested, unfortunately they didn't have another room available to transfer.

He said that it was not booked from me. I have been confirmed and paid. The hotel does not take any responsibility. Previous to me, trying to call to inquire. The telephone number listed on Hotel.com does not activate, what does it mean? He refuses to stay and when I try to book online, I can book it.

到達旅館辦理入住等了很久才有人來處理，居然沒有我們原本訂的房型，換了一間無窗的房型給我並退了200元的差價，房間、浴室均有潮濕味，住起來很不舒服，一大早便趕緊退房
