All honesty, if you just need a room for a couple of nights, this is the place. The walls are thin, you can hear others in the other room. Its noisy on and off, theres no set time. You can smell what others are cooking in they room in your bathroom. Not good for longer stays 😕 but if you dont mind this then go for it. I dont know about amenities because i didnt look for amenities. I stayed gone throughout the day so when i came back i can just take a shower and go to sleep. That should tell my comfort! Oh almost forgot, they smoke alot at this hotel in front.
the shower was falling apart, entry and doors were sliders tthat didnt slide, water went everywhere sp floor was wet all day. room itself was ok and quiet but windows didnt lock closed and no bar to block track.
The bathroom was the worst. The shower doors wouldn’t close, the shower head had a broken holder so it just hung down while a leaking hose. The toilet seat wasn’t attached. The sink shelf was broken as well. The water leaks from the shower area which practically floods the bathroom. The room had exposed wires and only one outlet that worked. The lights would flicker out, and The ac only worked for a few minutes at a time. The hotel is located on a busy street and you can hear everything outside. The patios doors were broken and couldn’t be opened as well. The owner of the hotel was in the lobby cussing people out chain smoking cigarettes with no fan or open door to vent the lobby out. He was yelling about how he is being sued and how he will kill people or burn money in front of them.
I stayed here for 3 weeks. Nice room. Bathroom needs a good scrubbing. Nice balcony. Nice tv. Staff are nice. Bed is a little too firm for me. If it had a mattress topper it would be great. My only complaint about the hotel is the street noise. It's not the hotels fault but on 3rd road there is a lot of noise. The "normal" traffic is not bad but the people who make their motorbikes loud on purpose are annoying as hell. The hotel sits in the bend of 3rd road and right in front the road straightens out so that's where these guys accelerate for the big straightaway. Also there are emergency vehicles multiple times per day with their sirens. I would stay here again even with the noise. They are guest friendly and guests have to leave their id at front desk for your protection. Out of all the "cheap" hotels. This was my 2nd favorite place to stay.
