The picture of the room is great. But the actual room given to me was about half the size with a view of an old building two feet away. Very small room. I was show a room that was beautiful...told the price...then booked on Expedia for same price...very tiny room that didn’t really match up with the pic provide on web site. And elevator right beside...listen to it all night. A bit of a rip off, in my opinion.

A pleasant stay in north pattaya city

Hotels is new..staff need better training...house keeping tried their best...shampoo gel bath only one portion..kettel for coffee tea in room...72 tv channels to suit all nations visiting....very small exit staircase unsuitable for adults in case of emergency...swimming pool only for one swimmer...breakfast under standards....we are Bangkokian we know how to deal with locals but in Pattaya mist are special characters grabbing money first..the beach is improved a lot clean no smoking allowed and less crazy people around...excellent seafood.....we will return or recommend knowing the above the experiences can be improved. Thanks for hotels.com booking
