Parvekkeita ei koskaan putsattu:siivottu. Huoneet kivat, mutta annettu osittain mennä huonoon kuntoon . Lähinnä lattianrajasta likaa pesuhuoneessa. Uima allasalue oli huono kuntoinen. Poreallas likainen ja liujuinen vesi. Pääallas muuten hyvä, mutta altaan pohja oli rikkoutunut osittain eikä korjauksia oltu tehty.
