The Villa is situated close to the beach, just 5 min drive, The Villa is Free standing without any neighbors. The house has a private swimming pool from 8 x 5 meters, with terraces to stay in the shadow or to enjoy the nice warm sun from Pattaya.

The place is tastefully decorated and has a large living room with all the luxury that you can expect from a villa, TV, wifi, great furniture and a modern kitchen. On the sealing are fans for a cool breeze during the warm days.

The Villa has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms; all bedrooms are air-conditioned for a nice cool sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big refrigerator, freezer, water cooker, rice cooker, toaster, coffee machine and a microwave.

Outside terrace with shaded seatings and BBQ area; the terrace has direct access to the fabulous pool.

On arrival we will welcome you at the villa and give you information about Pattaya and surroundings.
The beds will be made and 4 towels will be provided on each Bedroom. The refrigerator will be filled when you arrive with 24 bottles drinking water.
 
We have a FREE daily cleaning service; our cleaning girls will come and clean the house every day for you max. 2 hours and after 6 nights we will provide clean sheets on the beds and change the towels.
 
Electricity is excluded from the rental price, the meter will be taken on arrival, cost are 8 Baht a kWh, water is free of charge by normal usage.
 
You have access to the complete villa and the private swimming pool.

Weekend out

We stayed for 3 nights in this lovely house. Specially the pool is great. Lots of space and a great outdoor area with bbq which was all well prepared
