Gîte Le Hibou – Authentic Country Cottage with Shared Pool
Welcome to our gîte Le Hibou.
This detached cottage is located on the small "Aux Martis" holiday estate in the beautiful Lot-et-Garonne countryside. The region is the heart of the "Pays de Bastides" and is surrounded by the bastide towns of Monflanquin, Villeréal, and Monpazier. The Dordogne, renowned for its gastronomy, authentic villages, and ancient caves, is just a short distance away.
On the ground floor, you will find a dining area with a modern kitchen equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. There is a sitting area overlooking the terrace and a cozy corner by the wood-burning stove, ideal for cooler months. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, and toilet. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds (90x200) and one with a double bed (160x200).
From the living room, stairs lead to a comfortable mezzanine with a single bed (90x200).
A short path takes you to the swimming pool, open from June to September.
On request, we can provide a cot and/or high chair free of charge. Bed linen is included, but bath towels are available for an extra fee.
About 50 metres from the gîte, there is a communal building with a washing machine available free of charge.
