5BR Scenic View 3 Minutes to the Beach

This home will bring back your childhood memories at the beach. The classic “Litchfield” style floor plan has the living area, dining and kitchen in the middle with bedrooms on each side, and pine tongue and groove paneling in the living area and bedrooms.

The renovated kitchen has Quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and a center island with breakfast bar and beverage refrigerator.

The new den has a TV and opens to a wonderful screened porch with rocking chairs and a dining table. Perfect for summertime meals and your favorite beverages after a day on the beach.

Four bedrooms on the main floor share a bath. The ground floor has one bedroom, bath and laundry room.

Please Note: Saturday to Saturday stays are required.

Pet Friendly:
Dogs (no cats) are allowed. Pets are limited to domestic, housebroken dogs unless otherwise advertised. There is a non-refundable $400.00 (plus tax) pet cleaning and spray fee that will be charged to each guest bringing a dog.
