We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. Our only complaint was that the group responsible for cleaning the house before we came did not do a good job. My husband and I stayed in the bedroom with the king size bed. The sheets and bed cover had not been changed. There was black dog hair on the sheets and also the cover. The sheets felt like they had sand on them. The downstairs was the same way Dog hair everywhere. Same black short dog hairs as was upstairs. The house was in good shape with plenty of room and comfortable furniture. We loved the really large washer and dryer. All appliances worked well. We liked the deck outside, but did not spend that much time out there because of the heat. We used the grill several times, and it cooked well. There was a lot of confusion about where we were supposed to check in, we were told that we were supposed to have checked in on Saturday. Our reservation was from Sunday to Sunday. Highway 17 was a disaster as far as getting in and out of from the driveway. The property is not well marked. It was very hard to see the rental sign. The rental company needs to come up with better signage. The beach house was family friendly. We discovered the games, etc. left for families to play together. The adults and grandkids were able to use their electronic devices once we got the access code. We had to go to the rental office to inquire about it. My daughter stayed downstairs, and it was very damp and musty. It was not good for her allergies
