Modern and cozy 3rd-floor condo with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The Property includes:
- 1 King bed, 1 Full bed, and 1 Twin bunk bed
- Access to owner/guest-only pool, hot tub, and tennis court, just steps away
- Screened-in back porch with rocking chairs overlooking the True Blue Golf Course
- In-unit laundry facilities, iron, and ironing board
- Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, etc.
- Charcoal grill on the lawn downstairs (charcoal not provided)
- Free parking in front of the apartment building

Guest Access:
You will receive check-in details, including the lock code, a couple of days before your check-in date.

Your rental includes access to the five private pools and tennis courts, which are reserved for guests and owners only. Please remember to bring the wristbands for access.

The charcoal grill, located on the downstairs lawn, operates on a first-come, first-served basis. Please remember to clean the grill after using it.

House Manual:
- Pool and hot tub wristbands can be found in the tiffany blue seashell bowl on the top of the bar cabinet.
- Records for the record player are stored on the shelves in the bar cabinet area.
- Roku TV offers many streaming services. Remember to log out before leaving.
- Cleaning supplies can be found under the kitchen and bathroom sinks. The broom and vacuum are in the closet in the kitchen.

Close all windows and sliding doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay! Thank you for sharing the beautiful condo with us! The beds were so comfortable and the condo was decorated nicely. It was a short walk/drive to the pool which was also well maintained. The beach was a short drive away. Very close to excellent golf courses, shopping and restaurants. We had a great time!

Condo near beautiful beaches

The condo is located near 2 nice beaches and a variety of stores & restaurants. Beds, pillows, & towels are nice. The place is a little difficult to find based only on the address (letters not numbers on the doors). When we arrived, cleaning people were still there (2 hours after check-in time). 1 room had a strong scent of a dog which was unpleasant. The place was clean. There are no pot holders (used a towel) or ice cube trays (if you prefer that). The host is responsive & helpful.

Great little place for a getaway

Property as described. Easily accessible, clean, beautifully decorated with nice upgrades. The only thing I would add is some ice trays. That is a small detail and really not a big deal but in this heat this southern girl likes her ice. I will say owners let us know in advance they had some new appliances ordered and on the way. Otherwise perfect stay. Highly recommend
