Indoor and outdoor pools, provide fun and relaxation, while the health and fitness center allows you to keep your routine on track. The highlight amenity is your access to Litchfield by the Sea amenities including the guest only beach access.
Guests can explore scenic trails with bike rentals or enjoy time on the tennis courts and the fishing lake, with a required fishing license. Business travelers will appreciate the quiet surroundings and high-speed wireless internet access.
For ultimate relaxation, the resort features a luxurious day spa, while the private beach access ensures a seamless seaside experience.
Guests can start their mornings at the on-site Starbucks and enjoy everything the resort has to offer.

Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules. Minimum age of 21 to rent condo.
We supply starter kits for essentials such as toilet tissue, bath soap, etc...guests are responsible for extra supplies if needed. This is a private condo at the resort, not managed by the front desk.
Security Deposit options (only 1 can be chosen):
1. optional $40.00 non-refundable damage waiver
2. $500.00 authorization, released 3-5 business days after checkout
