HOUSEKEEPING / LINENS: All short-term stays include departure clean service, bed and bath linens, and beds made upon arrival. Linens and housekeeping are additional costs for monthly stays.

POOL ACCESS: The dunes side outdoor pool with cabana and restrooms is centrally located within the Sandpiper Run/Crescent condo complex. (No pool heat. Seasonal use subject to HOA management.)

BEACH ACCESS: Beach boardwalks are located on the north and south sides of Sandpiper Run building A. The south side boardwalk, adjacent to the pool, offers ramped access (new) and shower rinsing station.

LENGTH OF STAY: Saturday to Saturday stays in summer. Partial week stays may be considered for last-minute bookings. Monthly winter rental inquiries are welcome.
