Osprey Watch 2D - This villa overlooks Osprey Lake in the gated community of Litchfield by the Sea. With a convenient location, this unit is just a short walk to the beach, pool, fishing pier, marsh overlook and lighted tennis courts. The main floor of this villa has a spacious living area with vaulted ceiling and sliding door that opens to the sundeck. The dining area is open to the Carolina Room and lake view. The totally renovated kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparations for your family and friends. The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen, and there is a half bath on this floor. The main floor also has a spacious master suite with access to the sundeck and lake view. The master bath has a tub, walk-in shower and vanity with two sinks. Upstairs has two bedrooms that share the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms have private vanities with sinks. There are two covered parking spaces underneath this villa, along with an outside storage closet for beach equipment, and a ground level entrance and interior staircase from the carport

Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks.
Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.

This condo offers its guests a hot tub and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
