Located on the 2nd floor of a 5-story beachfront resort building, this comfortable condo offers easy elevator access, resort-style amenities, and ADA accessibility all the way to the oceanfront.

Indoor amenities on 1st floor include pool, gym, locker rooms, kiddie pool, and hot tub, beach chairs are located on the balcony.

Unfortunately we do NOT allow pets. Any pet will result in a $350 fine and additional cleaning charges up to $300.

Each guest will be provided a rental agreement before the start of your reservation.
Per the SC Vacation Rental Act, signature, payment of money, or taking possession of the property are evidence of your acceptance of the agreement.

The booking guest is required to complete the check-in form with a valid government ID.  Missing or inaccurate information will result in a termination of your stay without refund.

Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
If the booking party is under 25, MyTripify reserves the right to collect a *refundable $1000 security deposit along with an ID of guest who is 25 or above. Alternatively the reservation may be cancelled and refunded based on the cancellation policy.

Access to the Home
Early check-in (1:00 PM) may be requested and will be accommodated if possible.
Cost: $99 + Booking platform fees

Enjoy private access to the entire unit.
Be sure to lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM
Check-out is at 10:00 AM

Holdover or Late Checkout will result in a $250 fee, and does not entitle the guest to any extension of the rental period.

Quiet Hours - Beginning 10 PM
You have the right to quiet enjoyment of the property during your stay, please do not disturb the rights of the neighbours. Only guests on the booking are allowed on premises.

No parties are permitted. Any neighbourhood disturbance will result in a $400 fine and termination of your stay without refund.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. Any pet will result in a $350 fine. No cats allowed.

Parking
No driveway and no street parking available
Guests must use the parking garage/lot

No owner sticker required
A parking hang tag is required at all times and will be provided at the gate upon entry

Smoking
No smoking whatsoever inside the unit.
Smoking is permitted outside only. All remnants must be properly disposed of outside to prevent any smell inside. If the unit smells of smoke or remnants are found inside, a smoking fee will be issued of $500.

Damages
Guests are responsible to immediately report and pay for any damages cause during their stay.

Internet Usage
We are not responsible for material viewed or downloaded by users from the internet including but not limited to illegally copyrighted material such as movies, music, or other digital media. Doing so will result in a fine of $500 per occurrence. Additionally you agree to Indemnify and hold harmless us for any damages caused by illegal internet use.

Trash
Trash should fit into the outside receptacles or be removed disposed of prior to checkout. Any trash that does not fit into the outside receptacles will incur an additional $75 per bag charge.

This condo offers its guests an indoor pool, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and a fitness center. This condo also features laundry facilities and an elevator.

This Pawleys Island condo is smoke free.
