Great communication, the unit had great natural light, a beautiful view, and a perfect living space for a group to hang out. One of our beds did not have sheets when we arrived and guest services came super fast to fix it! Great location and beach access. We booked this unit because we wanted access to the indoor pool for the kids and the pool heater was broken - it was also broken last year when we stayed in November, so starting to think it doesn’t work in winter. The king bedroom suite has a beautiful bathroom, but the guest bathroom showers are dated and the kids shower has very little water pressure. The queen bedroom bed was not as comfortable as the rest of the beds and furniture. OVERALL - beautiful unit, would stay again!
