Not Up to Expectations
Check in and out was very easy. The condo is on a nice golf course. This particular condo was very far into the property. The condo was not as clean as it should have been. The rugs need to be replaced. The rugs in the bedrooms are badly stained (even crunchy in some places because they just need to be cleaned). The area rugs in the hallways also need to be cleaned or replaced. The kitchen sink still had dried food particles from the previous renter. The curtains had caked on dust. The glass coffee table was not wiped down and had drink rings on it. The king bed blanket had hair all over it and was stained. The sheets seemed to be clean. The shower curtains had severe mold. We called the rental company. They were very nice on the phone and said they would send someone out to take care of everything. They were not able to switch our unit which was our first request. They even offered to clean the carpets which surprised us, however when we got back to the condo the only things they had taken care of were the shower curtains (replaced) and they cleaned the coffee table.
