Waccaway - North Litchfield Vacation Cottage - 5 Minute Walk to Beach!

Waccaway at North Litchfield Beach - Tucked away on a wooded lot and just a quick stroll down 2 short blocks to beach access #57, and miles of beautiful beach. This cottage provides an abundance of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The living area has plenty of seating and is light and airy with a vaulted ceiling up to the 2nd floor loft. The living area opens to a screened porch and there is a large sundeck - both are popular requirements for vacations at the beach. Enjoy catching up on the day's activities with family and friends while enjoying cool evenings with ocean breeze.  

On the main floor, you'll find a kitchen is that is fully equipped to prepare your favorite beach cuisine. The breakfast bar provides bar stool seating along with the table in the dining area and a table on the sundeck for outdoor dining. The main floor has a bedroom and bathroom with a tub/shower combination.    


Upstairs, the loft overlooks the living room below, and it has a desk area.  2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a tub/shower combination are on this floor.


The ground floor offers a family room with game table, sofa, TV, and laundry area with washer, dryer. For sleeping arrangements, there is a bunkbed (single over double), and an alcove with a double bed with trundle. The ground floor bathroom has a walk-in shower.  There is a wall unit A/C in this room, and a door opening to the backyard, and a door opening to the carport.

Additional features include 2 outdoor showers (one is enclosed) to rinse off the sand and saltwater after a day on the beach. The breakfast bar has an outlet with USB ports - a thoughtful touch for those wishing to stay connected!  There is a firepit in the backyard, and there is covered parking.

No Smoking. No Pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

A Convenience Linen Package is included with your rental!  Just show up and the beds will already be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases.  Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are all included.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
