This property did not have sufficient heat for the space. It was all supplemental heat. The heat souce was an electric fireplace and a space heater in the bedroom. We checked the temperature in the middle of the living room, and the thermometer read 64 degrees. Some people may like it that cool, but we did not. The bathroom was freezing when you stepped out of the shower. The shower was amazing tho (once you got in - the shower doors did not want to slide easily). Best shower I have ever seen in a rental. The couch needs replaced. It is not comfortable at all. The host does not respond timely or list a phone #. They list the 800# for VRBO, so I had to call to chase down a phone # to get a timely response, which still didn't really help because they couldn't answer the early checkin question I asked when I called. By the time I recieved an answer about early checkin, it was 30 minutes prior to original, which was not helpful. We woke up Saturday morning after being out late Friday night to loud talking, loud music and contruction going on in the unit above us including hammering and air compressors running. We had to turn the TV up very loud so we could hear, and when we contacted the host of our unit, they said they would contact the neighbor, but by the time we left the unit around 2 pm, the issue still was not resolved.
