Please be aware that the studio is located on the first floor, requiring stair access without elevator availability. Street parking is available but not designated. During peak season, some ambient harbor activity noise may occur. The harbor views are partial due to neighboring buildings in front. The central location means you'll experience authentic town life, which may not suit those seeking complete seclusion.

What an amazing place!

Recently refurbished (feels like new), spacious, nicely furnished, spotlessly clean (we so impressed!), very central (seconds to 5’ away from everything in Gaios), very quiet, fully equipped kitchen, perfect mattress and pillows, lots of light, friendly owner, nice balcony (for a lunch, dinner or some wine), aircon in both the living room and the bedroom, large TV, safe in the bedroom, large wardrobes and excellent value for money. What else to ask for? We are definitely staying here again and advertised the place to all our friends. Highly recommended. Thank you Dora!
