Just the basics
This property is located in a great position on the island. It is a shame that the manager has done the bare minimum to make it feel welcoming. It was clean, but none of the air conditioning worked as there were no batteries in the hand controls and none on the premises.
Furthermore, there was a day when we returned from the beach where someone had been in the property without alerting us before hand. When we questioned this, management had know idea who'd come in. We would have felt more secure if we could have close the gates at the bottom of the property, but it was broken. That made us feel vulnerable.
Finding the property upon arrival was also problematic because it has no name on the exterior and ther are several properties in the cul de sac.
To be fair, the customer care team was responsive to our queries, but were unable to solve any problems baring the air conditioning problem.
Like I said, it is a pity the owner hasn't made more of an effort to ensure their guest comfort, because the location of the villa is perfect, but I would not return.
