Disliked: Cleanliness, room comfort

Deceptive Photos, Poor Reality

The photos of this hotel are very misleading. Our room was dirty, and we had to request a room change, but even the new room wasn't much better. Both room pools were green and unusable. While the manager was polite, their lack of concern for the serious cleanliness issues was very disappointing. There were no welcome drinks or breakfast, and honestly, given the state of the hotel, I wouldn't have eaten there anyway
