You'll have the entire cabin to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Lavender Cottage at Kohl's Ranch- Across from Tonto Creek

The entire cabin is for your enjoyment! Tonto Creek is across the lane and down a few cabins.

Main floor has a fully stocked kitchen and a dining room with gorgeous tree-top views.

The living room features a beautiful large fireplace and more of those views!

The main bedroom offers a comfortable King bed with ensuite full bathroom and access to the private back patio.

There is a loft for the kids with an easy access staircase. 1 full and 1 twin.

Out the front door are the decks, BBQ and upper driveway. Down the exterior steps is the large drive through driveway.

Pets are now accepted! You can bring up to 2 small dogs (under 20 lbs). If your pup is larger, PLEASE inquire BEFORE booking! We may allow with a different fee. We just ask that you keep your pup off the furniture and beds, and out of the carpeted areas (the staircase up to the loft, and the loft itself). Also remember to clean up outside before check-out. This property is NOT fenced. You are welcome to bring your own collapsible dog pen for outside.

We have not opened the downstairs yet, but watch for our upcoming unveiling!
During your stay at this cabin, you'll be close to Horseshoe Lake. Enjoy features like laundry facilities. 1.5 bathrooms and a fireplace are available in the cabin.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
You can toss trash into the cans out back- just be sure to secure with cords so the critters don't rip into it.
If you brought a pup- please wash anything that came into contact with your dog. Please remove waste from yard areas.
You can leave wet towels in the tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

DO NOT dispose of hot ash! Leave it in the fireplace; maintenance will clean it up.
Please, no dogs in the loft/on carpet. We ask that you not allow your dog on/in the beds. We can't remove red paw prints.
Neighborhood lane is a 9MPH roadway. Please respect others and go slow, so as not to stir up dust.
