Despite the hotel having almost no one staying there, they said there were no first floor rooms available and another party we stayed with checked into a room that was completely trashed snd not serviced. The front desk staff were not pleasant and they stuck me with a room with no patio or porch.

Quality Stay

Everything was quick when i booked the 2 rooms for 5. The location was great. Checking was greatly appreciated by Melissa at the front office. The rooms we stayed were adjoining and that was a good for us. Maverick was just walking distance and very convenient. Our overall stay was fantastic and the breakfast we enjoyed. Had a great stay. Looking forward to staying whenever we are in Payson again.
