This beautiful single-storey house is ideal for a relaxing family vacation, located on the edge of a small village in the heart of Istria. The villa has been decorated in soft natural tones and pastel colors that will make you feel at home. The 3 bedrooms (two with a double bed and one with a single bed) can accommodate a maximum of 5 + 2 people. The open plan living area with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and dining area with balcony doors are also located on the first floor, as well as a bathroom and guest toilet.

A traditional Istrian barbecue and dining table are located in the garden, where you can enjoy a delicious meal under the stars. Overlooking the west, the sunsets from the garden are worth admiring and savoring, whether you want to enjoy some time alone or with your loved ones. So, pick up your favorite book, lie down on the sun loungers next to the pool and soak up some much-needed vitamin D. :)The stunning Villa Zorica is located in the middle of centralists and is surrounded by beautiful, peaceful nature. Just a short drive from the villa you will find the Pazin Castle and the Pazin Pit, where you can try out the most famous zipline ride in Croatia. From Pazin, the coastal towns in Istria are easily accessible - Porec and Rovinj on the west coast and Pula in the south of the peninsula. In central Istria, you can visit numerous small, medieval towns and try traditional specialties while enjoying a beautiful view of the surroundings, irresistibly reminiscent of Tuscany or Provence. Istria is known for its cuisine - famous Istrian prosciutto, pork tenderloin and sausage have a special taste and aroma, while fish and seafood come from the idyllic archipelago. Central Istria is ideal for cycling and hiking.
