Two bathrooms are en-suite and have showers, while the third bathroom has a bathtub and a double sink. In addition to the spacious living room that beckons for pleasant moments spent in the company of loved ones, the open concept of the ground floor of the villa houses a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining table. Large sliding doors provide an unobstructed passage from the main floor to the villa’s courtyard. At your disposal, there is also a tavern with a fireplace, an additional kitchen, and a dining table.

In the spacious, fully fenced yard, the first thing you’ll notice is certainly the large swimming pool with associated deck chairs, for all-day enjoyment in the warm Mediterranean sun. A covered grill area with an outdoor dining table is available for you to prepare delicious meals in the company of your family.
