The villa offers a spacious, living/dining area with dining table, fully equipped kitchen island, designer fireplace, air conditioning, cozy couch set and panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool. Four comfortable bedrooms with double bed, three bathrooms with shower, one bathroom with bathtub and two separate WCs. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and TV and has direct access to the garden. Moreover, the fully equipped outdoor kitchen offers an additional convenience, as it features a lounge area with sound system, TV, large refrigerator, barbecue fireplace, induction stove and an additional dishwasher.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

We had a wonderful time at this villa. It is in a central location in Istria and 45 minutes to coastal towns and beaches so you will need a car. The roads are well kept and easy to navigate . Supermarket short drive away. Villa was beautiful and very well equipped. David was incredibly welcoming and available for any questions and advice. He gave us recommendations for boat trips, restaurants, beaches etc. The villa was spotlessly clean and the pool was not heated so refreshing during the hot weather and the jacuzzi and sauna very special in the evenings. Thank you for an amazing stay. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay on our first visit to Croatia!

Tolles Haus!

Wir (zwei Familien) haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wunderschön und die zentrale Lage für Tagesausflüge sehr praktisch. David und seine Familie waren super Gastgeber. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
