The rooms were great the front staff was great so all good there. There is one complaint I have to pass on. The service in the lounge was terrible. We both ordered a chefs salad for supper and it was so fresh and wonderful however the waitress was absent we waited for drinks and had to call out to bar to get attention to get takeout containers when we were ready to go. She didn’t know the product on menu and it’s a shame it wasn’t busy and she only had us and maybe one other table. You have a lot going for you for a hotel do yourself a favour and make staff choices that make your facility memorable.
