Escape to this beautiful three-bedroom lakeside retreat located directly across from the stunning Lake Irwin in Neepawa, Manitoba. Perfect for families, couples, and small groups, this spacious getaway offers the ideal balance of comfort, adventure, and tranquility.

Wake up to breathtaking lake views and enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by nature. The property features three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped living space, and a separate private parking area for your convenience. Located approximately 1.5 hours from Winnipeg and 1 hour from Brandon.

The cottage is stocked with linens, bath towels, cleaning supplies, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, glassware, mugs, tableware, pots/pans, utensils, coffee, sugar, salt/pepper, and a few other cooking/kitchen necessities. The kitchen is designed for light cooking only.

Whether you're looking for outdoor adventure or a peaceful escape, this location has something for everyone. Spend your days fishing (please note a fishing license is required), kayaking, boating, hiking, birdwatching, or simply exploring the natural beauty of the area. In the evening, relax and unwind in a quiet, serene setting away from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Well-behaved pets (dogs/cats) are accepted with a limit of one; please inquire prior to arrival. When staying with pets, you must follow pet restrictions and pay an additional fee. Pets are not permitted in beds or on furniture.

No parties, just registered guests. There is a limit of six visitors, including children. Additional guests are subject to permission and charge.
