Ideal for families or groups wanting to visit Brighton & explore the nearby South Downs National Park. Equipped with a fitted kitchen, washing machine & free Wi-Fi. Relax in the spacious living room or the modern family bathroom. Additional WC with sink for convenience. Perfect base for a family vacation or group trip.

There are two pubs nearby offering sea views and great food, as well as local stores, an off licence and take-aways. The first bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and sleeps 2. Hotel quality bed linens, bathrobes and towels are provided. There is also a bathroom on this floor. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, One with double bed and one with 2 single beds and large wardrobes. Again, hotel quality bed linens, bathrobes and towels are provided. There is also a newly fitted family bathroom with a bath, curved glass shower screen, wash basin and Wc. Sparkling wall and floor tiles add a glamorous touch to this bathroom, giving it a hotel quality feel.
