Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The property desperately needs to be updated and fixtures upgraded. The AC was terrible, something super important in Bali. Water pressure in the bathrooms were dismal. The swimming pool was too heavily chlorinated, and had some sharp edges that hurt my children. The bathroom doors were clunky and difficult to close. The bedsheets felt really cheap. The staff were generally good, the location for Uluwatu was great, easy to order a Grab and get to places. Overall I rate the property as 'poor' as there is definitely better villas around. But if the ownership fixed it up, it could easily be a great venue.
