Great, cozy little place

A nice and cozy place in a small town outside of Santa Fe. I stayed there during a hiking trip and it was a great place to crash in the evening and get ready for the day in the morning. Clean and cozy with a nice little patio area to enjoy the weather. Very comfortable bed! Full kitchen with a small freezer / fridge, so you can get stuff to cook small meals. Very quiet and peaceful, would not hesitate to stay there again.

Cozy & clean place to stay near highways

We enjoyed staying here in this neat & peaceful place. The large bathroom with double sinks was really nice & appreciated. Also a really great private patio w/fire pit & a nice view.

Comfortable Studio

The studio apartment looks much better in person and has plenty of space to place your items. Even though it's attached to the owner's home it has a cozy, private vibe with a beautiful view of nature. Parking near the door was great and the owners were respectful of my privacy. I recommend staying here for a convenient location at an affordable price.

Pecos getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this property. Nice views from the patio area - great night skies. Everything was clean and lots of extras provided. Nice kitchen area with stove and oven, microwave and small fridge. Double sinks in bathroom, which was a good size. Comfortable futon for sitting. Bed was fine but pillows were not to our liking. Bring your own if you are picky about your pillows. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Simple lodging for a quick night!

The hosts communicated well and check in was easy. The space was tidy and clean. Great for a short stay in Santa Fe. The lodging is right around the corner from a Dollar General, which is very convenient for anything last minute.

Wonderful stay in this cozy, studio apartment! Owner provided extra pillows & blankets to accommodate our two children (slept on the futon & recliner.) Excellent communication made for seamless booking, arrival & entry. Would absolutely stay here again if we visit Pecos area in the future. Very clean & great location!

Beautiful studio in Pecos

We loved our stay in the Pecos studio. Everything we could possibly need. Loved sitting outside by the fire pit the last night listening to the coyotes. Great home base to explore the area outside of Santa Fe.

Great little spot!

The thing that most appealed to me in choosing this little spot was the outdoor fire pit, and being able to star gaze after dark while enjoying the warmth of a cozy fire, a nice cigar & book. Check in was a bit tricky as I'd lost signal and could't even get back online to read the "check in" guidance, but I simply knocked on the door and Nancy was quick to help out and get me squared away. Nancy & Rodolfo are quick and on point in replying to messages. Neat little spot to stay.

Santa Fe getaway

Nancy and Rodolfo were very responsive and friendly hosts. Check in was easy. Located in a quiet neighborhood, their little studio was simply but clean. The little fenced in patio was perfect for our two pups to stretch their legs.
