The first night there was no hot water. I called to ask about it and was told that it might be fixed later in the afternoon, but they could not give me a specific time. The very next morning at 8:00 a.m., construction work started and it was extremely noisy. I went to the front desk to ask if the work could be stopped, and I was told they were sorry but that the workers were paid by the hour and could not be stopped — as if what I paid for and the reason I stayed there did not matter. I chose this place based on recommendations, and on top of that, housekeeping attempted to open my door twice.

We experienced power issues in the room. Didn’t have light or any sort of power in the morning before checkout. The beds an are comfortable. The rooms are semi renovated. You get what you pay for and less.

Pets are welcome. Room very clean. No extra toiletries only hand soap or hairdryer. Outside grounds are in poor shape (no landscaping whatsoever.

My stay was paid in full from Thurs-Tues. Someone came into my room on Saturday at approx 8am n walked out. That afternoon my key card was deactivated. Housekeeping came once on Friday. After that they didn't come again and I had to go to the local Walmart and purchase my own towels. Someone tried to get in my car and grease prints on the driver door handle.
